Clinical Hypnosis Therapy in Munich
I’m a professional therapist for clinical hypnosis and psychotherapy with a special focus on the consequences of traumatic experiences like PTSD and dissociative disorders.
I also focus on psychosomatics, such as irritable bowel syndrome and other physical dysfunctions, such as inflammatory dysfunctions that do not originate from purely somatic or genetic causes.
Our mind consists of 95% of subconsciousness and only 5% of consciousness. Our brain is like a computer that we program piece by piece over time.
As adults our key programs are already written and as such we react to experiences in the way we have been trained to do so by our prior examples.
We react from our subconsciousness without recognizing why we feel, or behave, the way we do in a specific situation.
Some of these reactions and behaviours can be disturbing, may lead to difficult situations in life, and may often be repetitive.
We can feel exposed to those feelings and behaviours and do not know how to change them.
The solution in many cases is to work directly with the subconscious mind where all these programs, self/taught perceptions and reactions, are filed. The solution is to unlock and resolve the emotions from the past and release the blockages, which lead to specific undesired reactions.
This can be a very emotional process, which depends on the type of experiences someone has lived through.
Clinical Hypnosis Therapy, if professionally applied, is a very effective tool to work on different symptoms like depressions, anxiety disorders, OCD, Psychosomatics, Traumatic Experiences, Eating Disorders, Sleep Disorders and others.
It’s not a tool to miraculously make your symptoms disappear“. It is a process in which you have to face your subconscious issues and emotions and it takes multiple steps. However, it does not necessarily mean that you have to subconsciously live through prior experiences once again.
I was born 1979 and I am German. I’m not a native speaker, but I am fluent in English. In occasions however, it may happen that I do not know individual words, but I am not afraid to ask or to describe things.
